Embarking on a company-wide talent development endeavor named Career Pathways, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital aimed to foster the growth and retention of its workforce. Given the extensive workforce of approximately 15,000 employees at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, maintaining its coveted #2 national ranking hinged on recruiting and retaining top-tier talent across all roles.
Solution
I collaborated closely with HR and hospital leadership to craft and implement an engaging rollout strategy. This included the creation of a compelling explainer video, an intuitive website, and informative job aids designed to train employees on the intricacies of the new Career Pathways system.
The project garnered widespread acclaim, earning me the prestigious annual “One HR Award” in recognition of its profound impact on the organization.
