Project Overview
The State of Ohio Department of Medicaid deployed a new system called Sandata, requiring home health agencies to document and verify their home health visits in Sandata in order to accept Medicaid patients.
Solution
For this state-wide rollout, I worked with internal subject matter experts to conduct a needs analysis. Based on those findings, I created interactive simulations demonstrating the exact tasks that 1,200 clinicians across the network would have to complete in order to see Medicaid patients on their mobile devices. This interactive learning solution enabled us to learn the new system on time and on budget. By complying with the new program, we were able to maintain revenue from Medicaid patients.
