Project Overview
Hixson, an Architecture and Engineering firm, needed a way to train its new associates on a critical business process called “Milestone Planning.” They wanted to transform their classroom-based course into an engaging online course that would attract attention and make the process engaging and fun. They needed their learners to have a deep knowledge of the process and be able to identify errors in it.
Solution
I revamped the approach, infusing interactive elements and dynamic content to breathe life into the training, ensuring not just understanding but lasting retention of their milestone planning process.
I developed a set of four captivating minigames designed to assess comprehension. These games integrate Milestone Cards in a playful manner, effectively reinforcing the learning experience.
